I've heard that Intel has recently upgraded the xp drivers for this chip and that they are comparable to dedicated GPUs of the MB. However, I've read that Snow Leopard will push the gpus and that the difference between systems with X3100 and Nvidia chips could become more pronounced. I knew that this chip pretty much sucked mop for any fps gaming.

I have no complaints about the GMA X3100 gpu so far. I've been enjoying my 2.4ghz MacBook (Early 2008) for a month now.
